Museum Haus Lebuser Land

Museum Haus Lebuser Land

The exhibition about the history of the Lebuser Land, the diocese Lebus and the town Lebus provides for an overview of the region. A part of the exhibition is dedicated to the writer Günther Eich, who was born in Lebus and gained recognition even beyond the local region. The painter Karl Honegger is also paid tribute to. The history is illustrated using archaeological finds. There are also alternating exhibitions that address regional issues, and a wide range of cultural events. Tours of the museum and the historic town centre are arranged by request. During the museum's closing period November to March, individual visits can be arranged by email.
